Greater Sacrifice, Greater Blessings

A picture of faith in the Scriptures and a source of hope for many believers is the story of Hannah, who waited upon God for a child. One of the key things that made her story so significant, and perhaps the main reason why she received Samuel, is often overlooked. Every year, Hannah had cried in the presence of God, but something was significant about that year -- her sacrifice.

As we reflect on the birth of Jesus and His sacrifice for our sakes, we also learn how to model that lifestyle, making sacrifices unto God to receive greater blessings.
