The end of the year is finally here. We all had hopes, plans, and dreams for the year 2024, and now when faced with the end, we might be struggling with rejoicing because not all of those things have come to fulfillment. However, that is not the will of God for those of us who are in Christ. The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 7:8a that, "The end of a matter is better than its beginning..." So how exactly are we to rejoice even if what we are seeing now is not what we expected to see? Or even if it is, how do we fix the focus on God and not ourselves.
